This is a hybrid ale crossing an English Bitter with an American IPA. It has the toasty/biscuity malt background that English Bitters are known for but with the pronounced late hop character of an IPA. English malt and American hops come together to make for a unique and surprisingly smooth beer.
Meet George: He is your typical Englishman who loves his malty bitters but some stupid American brewer has used American hops in his beloved bitter, which makes him FURIOUS!!! Don't be like George...break-out of your comfort zone with this smooth and very drinkable beer for all seasons.
